The natural zero-waste water purifier.
Kishu Binchotan (charcoal) is well known for its water-purifying qualities. Through a process of high burning and rapid cooling, the charcoal produced has numerous microscopic cavities that effectively absorb impurities from water and release natural minerals for better taste.
The charcoal may be re-used for up to three or five months. After those months of use, the charcoal may be broken up and added to your plant soil. (Sounds better than throwing away a plastic filter casing filled with granulated charcoal every two months, right?)
The drawstring pack has flexibility in use: in smaller water containers, to add to your rice pot, or to hang in your closet to absorb odors and dampness.
