Studio Prepa Glassware
a part of the ISSHO exhibition
From design to production, husband-and-wife duo Katsuhisa and Mizuho Hira of Studio Prepa create all their blown glass pieces in their own atelier in mountainous Nagano. They focus on simple shapes that highlight the color and form of each piece.
The vibrant lotus bowl has the gentle curves of a flower petal. While it is meant to be used for salads or fruit, it would also make a lovely centerpiece. The medium is approx. 8-1/2" across. The large is approx. 9-1/2" across.
The bottom of the voda glass has an intentional indentation to prevent condensation on your table. Each is 3-1/2" high.
- Made in Japan.
- Hand wash.
