Kakudo Bread Boards

a part of the ISSHO exhibition

Designed by Oji Masanori and handcrafted at the Takahashi Kougei wood workshop in Hokkaido. The groove around the perimeter is great for gathering crumbs or juices when cutting, or for displaying complementary snacks such as olives or grapes when serving.
